Returns & Exchanges

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return all or part of the order within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you received it.

For the return to be accepted:

  • The product must not have been used
  • The product must be in its original packaging with its tag and all its parts/accessories.
  • The product must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

In the event that you wish to exchange the respective product for another, the return costs as well as the costs of the new shipment are borne by you.


Defective product return or wrong shipment

In case of wrong product shipment or shipment of a defective product, which will be due to the company, you have the right to return the product within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving it.

  • For the return to be accepted:
  • The product must not have been used
  • The product must be in its original packaging with its tag and all its parts/accessories.
  • The product must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you wish, the company can proceed with the change and replacement of the product at its own expense (provided it is available), alternatively the price will be returned to you by deposit into a bank account.

For a refund request, the refund is made within 10 days from the day of receipt of the product from our company. The refund is always made in the same way as the payment was made, e.g. if a transaction has been made via card, then the refund is also made to the card and not by transfer to the customer's account.

* In any of the above cases, the service cost of cash on delivery is non-refundable.


Exceptions to the right of withdrawal - return

For reasons of hygiene or safety, some products cannot be returned (such as pacifiers, baby care products, etc.). Before purchasing them please consider the above.

Changes and returns of products originating from special custom made orders or personalized product orders that have been made to the customer's order and according to his preferences are not accepted, except in the event of a defect in which case the product is replaced.

In case of cancellation of a special order or personalized product order no refund is given.
